Can I cancel an ongoing subscription ?

All sales are final. You may change, skip or cancel your monthly subscription anytime before your next box ships. it will automatically deactivate after the last one ships out. Your plan will not automatically renew.

Can I get a partial refund on a multi-month prepaid plan?

We do not offer partial refunds on multi-month prepaid plans. If you decide the subscription is no longer right for you, we would be happy to change the subscription to a different box at the same price point or transfer the subscription to a friend or family member as a gift on your behalf.  If you are unhappy with any part of your order, PLEASE e-mail us directly at onebitesweet@gmail.com

Once you have made your decision, it is best to book your order as soon as possible

Do you offer Vegan cakes and other baked goods?
YES! Vegan cakes and cupcakes, Cookies, popcakes, Dessert Table 
 

Do you use shortening in your cakes or icings?
Our cakes, fillings and buttercreams are always shortening free! We are using all organic, natural and best quality ingredients and all cakes made from scratch. Our cakes are made with Creamy Swiss buttercream, Callebaut Belgian chocolate and seasonal fresh fruits.

Describe how you price, such as by slice or by tier, for your cakes?

Cakes are priced by the serving size and complexity of design.

Do most people really save the top tier?
The choice to save the top tier is personal and it varies from bride to bride.  If you decide to save your top tier for a later date, make sure to wrap it in aluminum foil first.  Then wrap it in plastic wrap numerous times, and seal in several freezer bags.  You use all delicate decorative items and sugar flowers can be used as display item in your house and you can rearrange them on your cake at your anniversary. The cake can then be placed in the freezer.This is a great way to refresh your beautiful memories from your wedding day. 

Do you offer custom cakes, or do you work with pre-designed styles?

We are proudly offering to make any style, design and shape you can imagine along with all time simple and elegant classics. We can use your theme, invitation card, wedding dress and your flower bouquet as an inspiration. Quality and your satisfaction is our first priority and we take proud each and every cake we have made. We are specialize custom designs. You can ask any crazy design idea in your mind and we can deliver.You can also pick from our the catalog, mix and match layers and customize it to your taste and make it yours.

Will you work with the client's florist to garnish the cake?

We prefer that you ask your florist to allow us to place any natural flowers or greenery on your wedding cake.  Floral stems may be poisonous or unsanitary.  We ensure that the flowers are carefully arranged and placed on your cake without poking through your cake.  If a florist or other party damages your cake while attempting to decorate it with natural flowers, we cannot be held responsible.

Do you offer delivery?If yes, how much is your average delivery fee?

Yes we do deliver. The cost of delivery and set up of the wedding cake varies with the location and complexity of the set-up.
