Koulourakia are a traditional hand-shaped Greek butter cookies typically made around Easter.

Subtly sweet, sprinkled with sesame seeds and a hint of citrus. They keep very well in an airtight container for several weeks.These crispy, light, and buttery cookies are delicious with coffee, tea, milk, or anytime snack.
