Loaves are made with our own "150 years old mother," which is the naturally fermented, unbleached, unbromated and non-GMO flours, water, sea salt, and a bit of magic. The result is slightly sour and completely delicious.

We leaven the bread using a slow-rise process that further enhances the flavor. All items are made to order and requiring at least 3 days to prepare from start to finish. Our tasty sourdough 1.3 LB rounds are sent directly from our ovens to your door.
