What are the delivery charges?
Nation Wide Shipping: Free shipping for orders $75. Shipping rates are based on USPS Priority Mail rates and calculated before you place your order by our online ordering system. USPS Priority Mail shipping rate does not guarantee a particular arrival day, date, or time. Onebitesweet cannot be held responsible for your product NOT arriving on date or time when we ship your product via the USPS Priority Mail. If you prefer another carrier such as UPS or FEDEX please call us, for us to find out shipping costs and get back to you.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Estimated delivery is between 2 to 3 business days depending on the geographical distance. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
RETURN & CANCELLATION
Generally, all fresh produce once delivered cannot be returned.
We want you to understand that our products are made fresh and have a short shelf life. Once the order is confirmed it moves into production, which cannot then be reversed.
A customer might cancel an order within 5 working hours since the order has been placed. In no situation will the customer be allowed to cancel an order post confirmation of an order.
